While braces simply straighten teeth, orthotropics solve the root of the problem by encouraging the upper and lower jaws to move forward. As long as you wear your removable appliances all day (only taking them out to brush teeth and eat) you should see results within 6 to 8 months. Keep in mind that the complexity of your case will also determine how long you’ll need facial orthotropics.
