Office Administrator
Colleen has been a part of our dental team since 1995. She attended Grand Rapids Community College and takes great pride in being our office administrator. Colleen’s goal is to answer patient questions and concerns with insurance, scheduling, financing and treatment planning. Colleen enjoys shopping, baking and spending time with her husband, 3 children and friends.
Rob
Lab Technician
Rob is our office Lab Technician. He has been with us for over 35 years. He is married and has four children and two dogs that he enjoys spending time with.
Lydia
Receptionist
Lydia joined our team in 2017. She wants to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable whether they are new to the office or if they are long time patients. She works in the front office scheduling, handling insurance, treatment plans and making sure thing s run smoothly. Lydia likes to spend her free time doing anything relaxing and crafting when the mood strikes.
Kim
Receptionist
Kim joined the GR Family Dental team in 2022. She likes meeting all the patients and helping them feel comfortable. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She likes to camp, garden and bird watch.
Nicole
Receptionist
Nicole joined our team in 2021. She gets great satisfaction on welcoming and helping our patients. She has been in the dental field for 5 years. Nicole likes movies, music and spending time with her 3 children and her friends.
